Custom Tuck End Boxes
Tuck end boxes are paperboard cartons that close by tucking a flap into each end. They ship flat, fold up in seconds and print sharply, which makes them the everyday carton for cosmetics, candles, supplements, soaps and small retail goods.

The tuck end family
All tuck end boxes share the same idea, a flap that tucks in to close each end, but the ends and bottoms differ. Pick the variant by product weight and how the box is packed.
| Variant | How it closes | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|
| Reverse tuck end | Top tucks front to back, bottom back to front | Light products; the most economical layout |
| Straight tuck end | Both tucks close from the same side | The front panel must show clean, uninterrupted print |
| Snap lock bottom | Interlocking bottom flaps, tuck top | Heavier products such as jars and bottles |
| Auto bottom | Pre-glued bottom pops into place | Fast packing of heavier products in volume |
Choosing the paperboard
Most tuck boxes use 300–420 gsm board (about 14–18 pt). Lighter board suits small, light products; heavier board feels more premium and resists crushing on a shelf. Coated board gives the sharpest print; kraft gives a natural, uncoated look.
Shipping tuck end boxes
Tuck end cartons are retail packaging, not shipping boxes. Send them inside a corrugated mailer or shipper, which protects the carton's print and corners in transit.
