This policy explains the information used to answer your enquiry and prepare a custom print order. The website collects the details you submit, your product specification and optional artwork. It does not ask for card details.

- Your product specification and any artwork files you upload
- Technical request information needed to deliver the site and check form submissions for spam, including IP address and browser information
How we use it
We use the details you provide to answer questions, prepare a quote, check artwork, arrange production and shipping, and handle an order issue. Form submissions are not a subscription to marketing messages.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare hosts the website, performs spam checks, stores uploaded artwork privately and provides transactional email delivery. Request details are sent to the business inbox so we can respond. Information needed to fulfill an order may be shared with the people producing and shipping it. We do not publish your artwork or contact details in the product galleries.
Browser storage
The cart uses local browser storage. Quote drafts use session storage so you can move between steps. Clearing your browser data removes those local copies. The site does not load advertising or audience analytics tags. Spam protection may process technical information to distinguish visitors from automated submissions.
Retention
Artwork uploaded to the website is held in private storage with automatic expiration after 90 days. Download links expire after 30 days. Quote and order correspondence is kept as needed to complete the project, respond to claims and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your privacy requests
Use the contact page to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or request deletion. Include your order or enquiry reference when available. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or deleting records, and some records may need to be retained to complete an order or meet a legal obligation.

No. A quote request is used to discuss that project; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
