How Ordering Works
Ordering custom packaging takes five steps: choose your products, configure them, send artwork, approve a proof, and receive your order. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
The five steps
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Choose | Pick a box style or tag format, or ask for a recommendation |
| 2. Configure | Size, material, print and finishes in the configurator or quote form |
| 3. Artwork | Upload print-ready files, or ask for set-up help |
| 4. Proof | We check your files and send a proof; production starts only after you approve it |
| 5. Production and delivery | 8–12 (boxes) or 1–3 (tags) business days of production, then 3–6 business days to the US |
What the proof checks
The proof shows your artwork on the exact dieline or tag template, with finishes marked. Check text, spelling, barcodes, colors and the position of folds, holes and windows. Every order gets a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, and nothing prints until you approve it. A printed sample of your own design can be quoted before a full run.
Timelines
Allow time for the proof round as well as production and shipping, especially before holidays or a launch date. Tell us your deadline in the quote form.
Questions about how ordering works
When does production start?
