Terms and Conditions
These terms explain requests and custom print orders with Fine Print Imaging. Read them with your written quote, approved proof, shipping information and returns policy. Your confirmed specification sets out what will be made.
Who we are
Fine Print Imaging, 1306 Blue Spruce Drive, Suite E, Fort Collins, CO 80524, United States. Use our contact page for project questions, order changes and claims.
Orders and quotes
Submitting a form or cart sends a request for review. It does not start production. We confirm the size, material, printing, finishes, quantity, destination and price in writing. A change to that specification may change the price or schedule; we confirm the change before proceeding.
Artwork and rights
You must have permission to reproduce the text, logos, images and other artwork you supply. You retain your rights to that material and authorize us to use it to prepare proofs and produce your order. Sending files does not transfer ownership of your brand or artwork.
Proofs and approval
Production starts after you approve the proof. The proof is free. Check text, colors, sizes and finish positions before approving; once approved, the proof is the specification we print to.
Cancellation
Cancel at no cost before proof approval. After approval, cancellation is subject to costs already incurred, which we state before you decide.
Delivery
Production time begins after proof approval. Add the transit time shown on our shipping page. Tell us about a fixed deadline before approval so its feasibility can be confirmed in writing. Standard orders are shipped free to one US or Canadian address; split shipments and other destinations are quoted separately.
Faults and remedies
Report a production fault or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery, with your order reference and photos. We reprint or refund covered faults and pay any required return freight. An approved artwork error or change of mind is not a production fault. See returns and reprints for the full process.
Your statutory rights
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about terms and conditions
Who do I contact about an order?
Contact Fine Print Imaging with your reference number and the details of your question.
Who owns the artwork?
You retain your rights in the artwork you supply. You give us permission to use it for your proof and order.
When does a request become a production order?
Production follows our written confirmation of your specification and your approval of the proof. Sending the website form alone does not start printing.
Can the specification change?
Ask before approving the proof. A change to size, material, artwork or quantity can require an updated quote and schedule.
Where is the returns policy?
On the returns and reprints page.
