Rush Orders
Rush box production is quoted at 5–7 business days after proof approval, subject to a confirmed production slot. Standard tag production is already 1–3 business days; ask about a tag deadline separately. Any rush charge is quoted for the confirmed production slot and deadline before approval; no fixed rush surcharge is added by the website.
When the rush clock starts
Turnaround is counted from proof approval, not from the day you order. A rush order is only as fast as the proof, so send print-ready artwork and approve the proof the day you get it. Transit time is added after production; choose a faster shipping service if you need the parcel sooner.
What can be rushed
Eligibility depends on the style, quantity, materials, finishes and available production slot. Include the required arrival date and destination; a deadline is accepted only when confirmed in writing.
- Usually fastest: standard hang tags and simple printed mailers
- Slower: custom die shapes, foil, embossing and rigid boxes, which need tooling or hand work
- Not affected: how long the carrier takes to deliver
How to keep a rush order on time
- Use a template so the artwork fits the dieline first time
- Send fonts outlined and images at full resolution
- Name one person to approve the proof
- Tell us the date you need it in hand, not just the ship date
